Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwash station near kitchen area observed to be obstructed by pots and dishware. No paper towel is available. Operator indicated that paper towel is getting delivered today and napkins were used for temporary replacement.
Correction: Remove the dishware from handwash station, handwashing sink is for handwashing only. Ensure handwash station is free from obstructions at all times Paper towel was delivered at time of inspection, ensure paper towel is adequately stocked in the future.
