Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Low temperature dishwasher had no detectable chlorine. Chlorine bottle had no lid on it and chemical inside had no visible colour (when active ingredient is present the colour is closer to a bright yellow). Staff stated that a new bottle of sanitizer for dishwasher was ordered yesterday. A bottle of domestic bleach available on site.
Corrective Action(s): A 50ppm bleach concentration is required at the final rinse step. Continue to wash dished in dishwasher but manually sanitize the dishes in the two compartment sink afterwards. Dishwashing sign provided and posted. Sink with bleach sanitizer made up during inspection. Replace sanitizer bottle with a new one by Monday Dec 5th, 2022.
