- Quat-based sanitizer spray available in pre-mixed spray bottle at 200 ppm.
- Coolers measured at 4C or colder. Freezers measured at -18C or colder. Accurate thermometers available.
- All food stored off the floor. All food is pre-packaged, no direct handling of food onsite.
- Milk and creamer stored in insulated jugs at room temperature during busy hours, and stored in cooler during slow hours. Changed about every 2 hours, according to staff.
- 2-compartment sink available in back for cleaning. Mop sink also available in the back - maintained in sanitary condition.
- Coffee/hot chocolate machine, slurpee machines, and iced coffee/frappuccino machine maintained in sanitary conditions.
- General sanitation is good.
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection. |
