Hand washing sink has liquid soap and paper towels.
Coolers are at 4 C or colder with the exception of the small prep cooler (5.5C) that is only being used for low risk foods (such as ketchup, mustard). - ok.
Hot dogs are reheated to 74 C within 2 hours.
Chlorine bleach is used for sanitizing wiping cloths and food contact surfaces (200ppm chlorine detected) - good.
