- All handsinks are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- All coolers - walk-in, upright glass cooler and drinks coolers - are less than 4C
- All chest freezers are operational and measured between -12C and -18C
- HOt holding of gravy and cooked chicken is greater than 60C
- No evidence of pest activity at the time of inspection
- Foodsafe certification is verified
- Storage practices are satisfactory
- General sanitation is satisfactory
