Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Did not detect any chlorine in one spray bottle labelled as a bleach/water mixture. Staff member on duty added bleach to the spray bottle at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all sanitizer bottles contain 100ppm chlorine sanitizer solution.

Comments

- Hand wash stations had soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water
- All coolers 4C or less (display case, sandwhich prep, undercounter..etc)
- Chest freezer -18C
- No hot holding available at time of inspection.
- 100ppm chlorine available in one spray bottle.
- Good general sanitation. No obvious signs of pest activity.
- Meat slicer had just been used at time of inspection. Meats appear to be sliced per order - if meat slicer is in use throughout the day ensure it is taken apart and washed/sanitized minimum once every 4 hours.
- Ice machine appeared clean with scoop for ice stored in a separate container/holder.
- High temperature dish washer achieved 71C (thermolabel)
** Approved menu is limited to: coffee/tea/drinks, sandwiches/panini, soup, salad, desserts and canneloni (microwaveable) ** Do not add any new foods to the menu or equipment to the premises without health approval.
