Three-compartment sink available for manual warewashing (a dishwasher is not in use);
Walk-in freezer temperature at -22.0 C;
Walk-in cooler at 2.2 C;
Prep. cooler at 2 C;
Beverage cooler (with milk) at 4.0 C;
Hot held items were all measured to be above 60 C;
Thermometers for cold units - available;
Ice machine was maintained in sanitary condition, scoop properly stored.
