Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwashing station at the back was missing paper towels/liquid soap. Cardboard was placed above the sink. Staff had removed the cardboard and placed paper towels/liquid soap at this time.
Corrective Action(s): REPEAT violation. This handwashing sink MUST be used for handwashing purposes. Failure to comply in future inspection(s) will result in issuance of Violation Ticket.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff washed hands at the back prep sink without using soap and paper towels.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all staff are washing hands with soap and warm water at designated handwashing station every time.

Observation: Cockroaches obsereved on sticky traps placed on floors (i.e. underneath dishwashing sink, storage counter/table). Professional pest control company contracted.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have traps replaced more often. Remove all grease/food debris stuck on surface/floors, as these are the food source for pests. Do not leave any items on floors/grease traps.

Observation: Too many items placed on floors throughout. Build-up of grease observed underneath/behind cooking equipment.
Corrective Action(s): As discussed at this time, clean and remove all items from floors (i.e. containers, cooking tools, cardboards etc.).

Observation: Major cleaning is required for floors throughout. Remove all pest traps and place new ones.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure floors are cleaned EVERYDAY. Correction Order issued.

Routine inspection conducted:

- Front handwashing station adequately supplied.
- Coolers operating at 4'C; Freezers operating at -18'C.
- 200ppm chlorine solution available in a bucket to hold wiping rags.
- Dishwashing sink equipped for manual dishwashing.

Correction Order issued at this time. All items mentioned on the Order MUST be in compliance by the follow-up inspection.
Follow-up inspection to be conducted on Friday, Aug 4th. Please contact the health inspector to reschedule if needed.
