-Follow-up inspection: -Operator indicates that the cooler repair technician failed to arrive yesterday as scheduled. -All foods have been removed from the standing cooler until it can be repaired -Prep cooler lid has not been installed yet. Operator has placed individual lids on each of the inserts to help keep cooler temp down until a more permanent solution can be completed -Sanitizer solution available (>100ppm chlorine bleach solution). Ensure to use the sanitizer solution when cleaning all food contact surfaces.
