-Liquid handsoap & paper towel present at all handwashing stations.
-General sanitation is satisfactory
-No signs of pests at time of visit
-Dishwasher final rinse reaches at least 71 deg. C on plate, as per thermolabel.
-Bleach sanitizer is available at >200 ppm.
-Reduce amount to 100 ppm (1/2 teaspoon bleach / 1L water).
