Routine inspection conducted: Temperature control: - Freezer (ice cream) -18C or below Sanitation and Maintenance: - All pre-packaged food items - Daily cleaning schedule available and are up to date - Kid's playground are sanitized 2 times a day and public washroom gets checked more than 2 times a day - Public washroom clean, hand sink fully equipped with hot / cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel - Hard surface sanitizers is pre-mixed solution based on QUATS / "Signed" - Bottle labelled as "Signet" is used at the end of the day. They spray it and let it dry for some time (no wiping occurs) - Bottle labelled as "Glass & multiclean" is used to clean the glasses and every surface - Staff on duty confirmed that there is no food serving performed by the staff. Only pre-packaged items such as chips, pop, are served to the public - Slushy machine & coffee machine are clean. NOTE: Test strips for sanitizer available in the office.
