-No signs of pests at time of visit.
-Bleach sanitizer in spray bottles noted at 200 ppm chlorine. Bleach sanitizer will be replaced by Quats sanitizer once delivery is here.
-Dishwasher final rinse reaches at least 71 deg. C on plate, as per thermolabel.
-Hot holding unit will be fixed by tomorrow
