Routine inspection. Kitchen serving first break at time of inspection. Premise is sanitary. No signs of pests at the time of inspection. Hot and cold water available. Dedicated hand sinks with liquid soap and paper towels available. Food protected from contamination. Only low risk food stored in storage area. Take out containers and utensils are sanitary. 2-compartment sink in use. Quat sanitizer available 400 ppm. Dishwasher final rinse at 79.2C at the plate. Valid Permit posted in conspicuous location. Coolers at 4C and below. Freezers at -15C to -19C. Hot holding unit at 60C and above. Food service is only a 30 minute window and small amount of inventory is made. Facility in compliance.
