Two low temp dishwashers with 50ppm chlorine registering sanitizer available for ware washing . Note: Dishwasher (near counter) = 40.9C, dishwasher (near prep) = 40C 2 slide door coolers, storing glasses only. Sanitizer present and available, bottles labelled. Note: Follow up on type of sanitizer. 2 door under counter cooler observed at 2C 2 compartment sink available.
