This inspection done by an EHO student.

-Mouse droppings removed in areas noted in code 304. Noted areas were cleaned and sanitized.
-Grease build-up in areas noted in Code 306 was cleaned and sanitized.
-Walk in cooler and drinks cooler were serviced. Units are able to maintain temperatures at 4 deg. C or below.
-Boxes and personal items noted in Code 312 were removed.
-Screen door was removed. Back door will be kept closed.
Outstanding issues
-Items from codes 305 and 308 (handsink left of fume hood) are to be addressed by August 21st, 2019. Staff are to obtain Food Safe Level 1 by September 14th.
-New droppings found on the shelves next to sliding 2-door cooler.
Droppings noted in stockroom along walls, Ensure the use of a pest control company prior to follow up inspection.
