Observation: 1. Found meat slicer to be put away "clean" with some food debris noted in hard to reach areas.
2. Dishwasher had 0 ppm chlorine in final rinse.
3. Found inserts stacked still wet.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Ensure meat slicer is thoroughly washed and sanitized after use to remove all food debris.
2. Ensure to refill sanitizer when sensor indicates it needs replacing. Re wash and sanitize all items washed since last check this morning.
3. Ensure all items are air dried before stacking to prevent bacterial growth.

- Hand sinks had liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold water
- Sanitizer buckets had 1875 ppm Lactic acid
- Dishwasher was repaired at time of inspection, so it had 100 ppm chlorine
- No signs of pest activity noted during inspection
- General sanitation is satisfactory
