- High temp dishwasher achieved sanitizing temperature of 74C at plate's surface
- 200ppm QUAT sanitizer bottle present
- bleach on site for cleaning & sanitizing
- Temperatures of all refrigeration units were adequate (<4C for coolers, <-18C for freezers)
- Serving drinks (alcohol, tea, coffee) and some snacks
- FoodSafe trained staff on site
- General sanitation is good
- No pest activity observed at the time of inspection
- Foods are dated and discarded as needed on a regular basis
