Observation: Ant activity observed on the kitchen floors along the wall by the microwave. Food debris was observed underneath the microwave counter area. A gap was observed at the base of the wall behind the same area.
Corrective Action(s): Remove all food debris from underneath counter. Clean floors with warm water and soap to remove chemical trail left by ants. The chemical trail will attract more ants if it is not removed. Seal up the noted gap and any other gaps, cracks, and crevices to prevent further entry of ants. Date to be completed by: Aug 2, 2018
