Follow-up Inspection Conducted:

1. Sanitation:
- General sanitation has improved since last inspection
- All hard to reach areas have been cleaned and sanitized
- Bleach sanitizer buckets with wiping cloths measured at 100 ppm chlorine with test strips
- Ventilation hoods have been serviced and are observed in a sanitary manner
- General organization in back storage room has been improved to prevent pest entry and to promote frequent cleaning
- All handwashing stations are equipped with soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water

2. Food safety:
- All food in walk-in cooler covered
- All foods observed at least 6 inches off the floor
- Ready-to-eat foods stored separately from raw foods (meats stored on separate shelving)

3. Pest Management:
- All rodent droppings have been removed - all areas have been cleaned and sanitized
- Pest control company has been contracted (service report available on premises)
- Rodent traps have been placed around the premises
- Sticky traps have been placed around the premises
- No signs of pests during time of inspection
- Back door observed closed to prevent pest entry
