Site visited for a routine inspection. Operator claimed that facility had not been in operation for the past few days due to walk-in cooler repair. Operator was waiting for the technician at this time. Walk-in cooler had no food stored at this time. Good. Other coolers operating at/below required temperature of 4'C. No food prep occurring at this time. Operator to contact the health inspector for a follow-up inspection once the repair is complete.
