-Follow-up inspection to February 1, 2018. -Staff members have completed FoodSafe Level 1 on February 18, 2018 and February 24, 2018. Facility will have FoodSafe Level 1 certified staff on-site at all times. -Quats sanitizer spray bottle was properly diluted at 200ppm. -Prep cooler door seals have been measured and will be replaced. Once door seals are replaced, monitor thermometer to verify cold holding temperatures are at 4C or less. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
