- Premises and equipment maintained in sanitary condition
- Handsinks (front and back) were supplied with liquid soap and paper towel
- Coolers and freezer were operating at required temperatures (4C or below; -18 or below) and equipped with thermometers

- Foods were stored in a manner to prevent contamination - covered with tight fitting lid or food grade wrap. Raw eggs stored beneath ready to eat items in the cooler.
- Dry storage areas organized with all food products stored off of the floor and most dry goods stored in pest proof containers.
- Manual warewashing in place. Sink compartment for sanitizing step was filled with bleach solution measuring 100ppm chlorine. Chlorine test strips present for checking concentration.
- Sanitizer solution (200ppm chlorine) present in spray bottles used customer tables. *Label spray bottles to indicate contents.
- Sanitizer solution (200ppm chlorine) present in bucket for in use wiping cloths.
- No signs of pest activity observed at the time of the inspection.
- Staff and public washrooms were maintained and supplied with liquid soap and paper towel
