Sanitizer & Cleaning:
- QUATS (Quaternary Ammonuim) sanitizer (200 ppm) solution used for stainless surfaces. Test strips available.
***Ensure all bottles of chemicals are labelled clearly.
-Domestic bleach solution used for sanitizing plastic surfaces and containers (100 ppm chlorine = 1 tsp bleach: 1L water)

-Handwashing sinks supplied with hot & cold water, liquid soap & paper towels

-No signs of pest activity noted during inspection

-General sanitation satisfactory
