Site visited for a routine inspection. As per chef, facility has not been/will not be in operation until April 7, 2023. Not all equipment on/functioning at the moment. - No renovation is taking place. No issues with coolers/freezer temperatures. Follow-up inspection to occur for a full inspection after the reopening date.
