- Ensure paper towel is easily accessible at handwash station
- All cooler units were at 4C or less
- All freezer units were at -18C or less
- Sanitizer in spray bottle was detected at 200ppm quats
- Sanitizer at 3-compartment sink was 200ppm quats
- FoodSafe certified staff present at time of inspection
- Discussed manual dishwashing procedure. No concerns
