-FS trained staff on duty at time of visit.
-Temp of all coolers and freezers are satisfactory.
-Paper towel and liquid soap are provided at hand washing sink.
-Personal belonging are stored away from food storage
-High temp dishwasher temp >71 oC at plate
-Ice machine -ok

*** Discussed servicing grease traps at least every 4 months- currently it is done every 6 months??
*** Discussed a strong sewage smell coming through kichen and the small storage room adjacent to the kitchen, investigate and rectify.
*** Ensure to keep records re: temp monitoring for all coolers, hot holding units ( twice daily) dishwasher and sanitizer level at least once daily.
*** Some stuff appears to be rodent dropping mixed with dirt noted behind and beside equipment in kitchen and storage room - clean and put sticky traps to monitor for any activity.
