Hand washing sinks adequately supplied. QUATs surface sanitizer readily available and at 200ppm. Front cooler at 4C or below. Walk-in cooler at 4C or below. Walk-in freezer at -16C. High temperature dishwasher available onsite - ensure unit capable of maintaining a temperature of 71C at plate surface for effective sanitizing. Ice machine and scoop maintained in sanitary condition. No pest issues observed during inspection. General sanitation and maintenance of premises is good. Kitchen space rented our for catered events.
