Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # NO NUMBER of Aug-02-2022 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: Papertowel dispenser by front counter handsink is empty. Non-compatible papertowels piled on top of dispenser. Correction: Provide a new papertowel dispenser that is compatible with new papertowel supply.

Comments

Front service handsink - papertowel dispenser has been refilled to allow for staff handwashing. Pest control service has conducted pest proofing of the back storage room. Baseboards have been repaired to prevent pest entry. Storage room has been re-organized and de-cluttered. Floor has been cleared and product moved onto shelving to allow for cleaning and pest monitoring. Food inventory has been re-organized, stored separately, away from chemical products. Food items are stored off the floor. Pest proof plastic bins with lids have been provided to store food inventory and expired food for returns. Premise cleaning has been conducted throughout storage room including floors, shelving and corners. Ensure these areas are cleaned frequently to maintain premise sanitation and discourage pest activity. Correction Order complied with and now rescinded.
