Observation: Raw meat and ham are stored on the floor of the walk-in cooler. Inions and sugar are stored less than 6 inches off the floor in the back storage areas. Food stored less than 6 inches off the floor allows for easy access and possible contamination by pests.
Corrective Action(s): Operator instructed to lift food items off the floor and elevate by at least 6 inches from the ground. To be corrected by 27-Aug-2020.

Observation: Accumulation of dust and food debris underneath and between kitchen applicances, especially under the dishwasher and prep coolers. Food debris attracts pests and provides a food source that allows pests to survive and multiply.
Corrective Action(s): Operator instructed to sweep behind and between kitchen appliances regularly. To be corrected by 27-Aug-2020.
