Routine inspection. Handwashing station in veg/fruit packaging area is fully equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. Employee washroom handsink is fully equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. Coolers are 4c or below. Coolers are equipped with thermometers. Sample foods are covered and protected from contamination. All foods are located off the floor. Overall sanitation is adequate. Bleach water sanitizer found at 100ppm concentration in spray bottle. Spray bottle is labelled appropriately. Minor fly activity noted throughout facility during time of inspection. Pest control is done by contracted Abell pest control on monthly basis. Pest control invoices were available onsite during time of inspection. Reminder: Ensure to keep a copy of each pest control report onsite at all times. Remove any sticky fly traps. Employees observed to be wearing proper protective equipment (uniforms, aprons etc.) Employee Laundry is done off site.
