Follow up inspection:
-Walk-cooler-was repaired and it was at or below 4 degrees C (at 0.9 degrees C on the right side and 2.7 degrees C on the left hand side).
-Operator's thermometer inside the walk-in-cooler and built thermometer was in good working order.
-Make sure the walk-in-cooler temperature is checked at least every 4 hours throughout the day and it is maintained at or below 4 degrees C (40 degrees F).
-Operator stated that they have tried to clean up the walls however certain marks on the wall were still present. If the visible marks/debris cannot be removed from the walls near the 3-compartment sink and handsink, then you will need to repaint the walls.
