Follow-up inspection to report #ZDER-B2ZU7T

-Low temp dishwasher serviced - noted 50 ppm chlorine at the plate
-Flooring has been repaired/replaced in areas of processing area
-Back door sweep has been installed under back door
-Most bulk food scoopers have handles stored outside of food
-Most the coving in front service are has been installed
-Back water pipe room has door and frame install - excellent

Required correction:
1. Prepared pies stacked directly on top of each other with out barrier. Ensure all food is covered before another item is placed on top of it. Staff are looking into options to protect the pies from contamination
2. Some coving missing under front service handsink - install coving to make cleaning easier and sealing between wall and floor.
3 Some old mouse droppings still noted under/beside hot water tank in janitor closet. Clean up droppings to allow for monitoring of any current pest activity
