The following items have been observed:
-->Tempura is cooling down at room temperature, and staff is actively monitoring the time. Ensure time tracking is done with time posted on containers (ie. with post it note).
-->Sanitizer bucket is available in each preparation area.
-->All handwashing stations is clear of items and accessible.
-->Food products are storing above ground. Ensure it is stored at least 6 inches above ground.
-->Leak has been fixed at back handsink.
-->Frying pans appear to be removed from facility.
