Routine inspection conducted. Observations: - General sanitation of the facility is satisfactory. - Temperature of walk in freezer at -21C - Temperature of walk in cooler (dairy) at 2C - Reach in cooler at 4C or less - Reach in freezer at -18C or less - Ice cream freezers (x2) at -32C and -33C Thin ice build up observed inside the ice cream freezers along the walls. Consider defrosting. - Dry storage area was well organized. - All food products were stored 6inches above the floor. - Mouse traps were observed along the walls. - Overhead receiving door was properly sealed. - Baby formulas were found within expiry dates.
