Person in charge stated that the stand mixer is not being used for this business and will be returned to another store in White Rock. Corrective Action(s): Remove the stand mixer from this location as it is an item not required for business use at the Esso food store; Correct within 1 month (by November 15, 2019). Routine inspection for food store: -Walk-in-cooler and reach in display cooler were at or below 4 degrees C. Refrigeration units were equipped with thermometers. -Upright freezer and both ice cream freezer temperatures were satisfactory. -Mop sink was available. -2-compartment sink was operational. -Handsinks in both washrooms were supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels. -No signs of recent pest activity were present at the time of inspection.
