High temperature dishwasher was 74.9C during the rinse cycle, at the plate's surface, as per min/max thermometer
Liquid soap, paper towels and running hot and cold water at hand sinks and all fixtures
Foods stored 6" off floor on shelves. Dry storage room finished and food grade.
Install door guards on base of doors adjoining to receiving area.
