Hand delivered new health permit. Please post in a plain public view.
Hand wash stations were equipped with liquid soap and paper towels.
Sanitizer (quats) measured 200 ppm in spray bottles and 3 comp sink.
Walk-in coolers were at or below 4 deg C.
Walk-in freezer was at -18 deg C.
Display coolers were at or below 4 deg C.
Hot holding for soup was at 70 deg C.
Hot holding for chicken, onion rings, potato wedges was at or above 60 deg C.
Temperature log was available and up to date.
Staff hygiene was satisfactory. They were wearing clean uniforms and hair restraint.
Hand washing by staff was also observed.
Pest control monitoring in place. No signs of pests noted during visit.
General sanitation was satisfactory at time of inspection (i.e. floor was clean and counter tops were constantly being cleaned and sanitized).
