Comments

Prep cooler - top inserts are not observed to be overfilled and additional food inserts are not stacked above top inserts. Soft noodles now located within prep cooler adjacent to noodle boiler station. Take-out packaging and single service utensils stored in covered containers within front storage cabinets to protect them from contamination. Back door entrance kept closed. Cleaning throughout front service area storage has been conducted. Mouse droppings not observed on surfaces. Ensure cleaning is conducted daily to maintain premise sanitation in a consistent manner. Hole for conduits entering wall cavity from storage shelving has been sealed off to pest proof location.
