Observation: Thermometer inside refrigerator is inaccurate by approximately 10 degrees Celsius. An accurate thermometer is required to monitor actual cooler temperature to ensure that it is operating at less than or equal to 4 degrees Celsius.

Reminder: FOODSAFE Level 1 certificates expire every five years. There are four staff that have had their certificates expire on October 4, 2019 (certificates posted in kitchen). At least one staff on-site must have a valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate

General Observations:
Cooler operating at </=4 C
Bleach available for mixing sanitizing. *Use 1/2 teaspoon bleach per 1 L of water to make 100 ppm chlorine as required for sanitizing food contact surfaces
High-temperature dishwasher reached 78C at the plate level upon final rinse cycle. Equipped with detergent and rinse aid.
Handsink equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
Drawers and cupboards in sanitary condition
No signs of pests observed
General sanitation is adequate
