Disinfection:
- High Level Disinfection: (Nippers/cutters, etc.)
- All implements are to be washed (scrubbed with soap and water) prior to disinfection. Store in a clean environment.
- Preempt CS-20 utilized for high level disinfection! Expiration dates are to be monitored. Manufacturers directions are to be followed. (Note: "undiluted" and contact times)
- Accel Tb (Intermediate Level) Disinfection: For use on surfaces.

- Foot Bath liners utilized.
- Sanitary Facilities: OK. All treatment to be provided in the room with the handsink.
- Recommend hand washing prior to treatments. (clients/service providers)
- Nails are to be examined for infection prior to service. Do not provide services to infected clients.
- Sanitation: Ok.
- Single use instruments only permitted to be utilized. (nail files, tongue depressors, etc) Items are to be disposed of after use.
- Laundry services taken off site. Ensure all items (towels/linen) are washed after each client. Recommend hot water wash/hot dry cycle. Bed liners are to be changed after each client.
- Credo blades to be disposed of in sharp resistant containers.
- Lighting: Service room lighting is to be adequate to provide services.
