- Hand washing sink at kitchen entrance is no longer clogged or slow to drain.
- All hand washing stations were properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. *Please ensure paper towels are in a dispenser for the hand sink at the bar.
- Sink faucets were noted to be clean at time of inspection
- Food-contact surface sanitizer available at 100 - 200 ppm in labelled spray bottles in each area. Chef has switched to using bleach (chlorine) solution for sanitizing.
- Iodine test strips available for bar glasswasher - good. Ensure to test this glasswasher daily.
- Dry ingredient storage containers have been cleaned and sanitized.
- High-touch surfaces were noted to be clean at time of inspection.
- Deep cleaning in hard-to-reach areas has been completed.
- No food spatter was noted on ice machine or walls/backsplashes.
