Freezers <-18C.
No hot holding at the time of inspection, but serving time is less than 2hrs during lunch rush.
Bleach sanitizer was made during the inspection upon request and tested >100ppm (800ppm).
All surfaces are clean and in good repair.
Dishwasher <71C (72.2C).
No signs of pests at the time of inspection.
