-->Inserts for sushi prep. are now stored in a big containers surrounded with ice. Sauces are stored in smaller bottles also in container with ice.
-->Areas that required cleaning are now in sanitary condition
-->Missing tiles in walk-in cooler have been replaced
-->Liquid handsoap and paper towel in dispensers have been installed at left side of bar
-->Facility is changing and updating cleaning schedules to deal with fruit fly issue
