- Handsink is stocked & maintained - 200ppm QUAT sanitizer available - Hot held foods measured >60C - All coolers measured <4C except for the hot dog prep cooler which measured 7C as staff has just cleaned the inside; as per the temperature log, the cooler measured <4C this morning - 1 expired food (sandwich) was missed during their routine monitoring; it was discarded at the time of inspection - Temperature recordkeeping is done in a consistent manner - General sanitation is satisfactory
