Comments

Handsinks were supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
Walk-in-coolers and other coolers were at or below 4 degrees C.
Walk-in-freezer and other freezer were at or below -18 degrees C.
Hot-held soup and hot-holding units were at or above 60 degrees C.
No signs of recent pest activity were evident at the time of inspection.
Dishwasher final rinse temperature was at least 71 degrees C (73 degrees C) at the plate. Final rinse gauge was in good working order.
Two of the ice machines in use were in a clean condition and the scoops were stored separately.
Ice was also present inside a clean storage bin while the third ice machine was being serviced during the inspection.
200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available inside spray bottles.
