Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted Facility processes Vietnamese hams/balls (vacuum sealed), satay sauces, pickles, spring rolls, and marinated meat (uncooked). Vietnamese subs are prepared on-site. Facility is also a local distributor. During delivery, all cold products needs to be maintained at a temperature at or below 4C and all frozen products need to be maintained at or below -18C. No hot holding of food products. Hand washing stations in the front sandwich preparation and back processing area satisfactory. 3-compartment sink satisfactory in the production area. Bleach sanitizer available for use in labeled spray bottles. Grinder and chopper clean in place and was noted to being clean. Walk in cooler below 4C. Front retail cooler and sandwich prep-cooler at 4C Walk in freezer at -18C. No pest activity noted
