-Hand washing station equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
-All containers/carboys sanitized with Diversol. New Diversol will need to be prepared for cleaning the next batch of containers. Ensure concentration is at minimum 50 ppm for proper sanitizing.
-Wine storage area is well-maintained
-Dry storage is well-maintained
-Walk-in cooler is present but not in use
-Washroom is clean and equipped with a proper hand washing station
