Introduction
An unscheduled follow up inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DLSP). All care categories were inspected for compliance.

Items reviewed comply with the Act, regulations & standards of practice.
Observed Violations
No violations were found during the inspection.
Comments
At the inspection dated February 07, 2022 there were 6 children and 1 staff present. At this inspection no contraventions were identified. No further action is required by the Licensee or the Licensing Officer.
Contravened items at last inspection has been addressed appropriately.
This inspection and the risk assessment were written off site and a copy was emailed to the facility.
The following education/recommendations were provided:
- Continuing to follow Covid-19 safety protocols.
- Documenting when a Reportable Incident have been reported to Licensing.
- May have digital photos of children.
- Safe medication storage.
- Updating care plans as information changes.
