Observation: Main food prep cooler ambient air temperature is between 8 to 11 degrees C. Product temperature ranged from 1 to 8 degrees C.
Corrective Action(s): The cooler issue was noted during the previous inspection. Coolers must be maintained at or below 4 degrees C. This cooler may require servicing. Move all perishables to the big cooler. Operator intends to replace cooler in 2 days. If this takes longer, the existing cooler must be fixed.

It is recommended that the staff on-site re-takes FoodSafe level 1 as they are not aware of temperature, handwashing and sanitizer requirements.
Operator proposes to remove pizza service; please let Fraser Health know of any service changes.

Label all chemical spray bottles.
