Walk-in cooler at 4C or below. Temperature logs available and maintained. Food stored off the ground and covered. QUATs surface sanitizer in spray bottles at ~200ppm. 3 Compartment sink available for manual dishwashing and QUATs at ~200ppm. Employees in uniform with hair tied back/covered.
